Why are our dreams so difficult to achieve and why do we let them slip through our fingers?

You’ve often heard that most people don’t dare to pursue their dreams.
They are caught in a web of excuses and they are convinced that their dreams are beyond their reach.

But, why is this the case?

In my opinion, the answer lies in our cultural conditioning. From an early age, we are trained to conform to societal norms, closely following the values established by our parents, peers, teachers, and ultimately our employers and others who are very important to us.

The subtle hand of society leads us down the path of conformity, often at the expense of our true desires.

We are conditioned to bow to the expectations of others in the pursuit of safety and acceptance. Many people find comfort in conformity because it protects them from negative judgment.

We long so much for acceptance and a sense of belonging, but this longing can take a heavy toll.

It can lead to giving up your identity and individuality, suppressing your will and self-expression, and tragically, giving up your dreams in order to maintain the love and approval of those you hold dear.

As social beings, our basic human need is to both receive and give love.

But this desire for connection can paralyze you from sharing your true feelings, emotions and opinions. You may hold yourself back for fear of not meeting expectations.

This fear can be very real, but it can also be an illusion that prevents you from taking steps towards your dreams.

Furthermore, I have realized that:

“No one else can stop you from pursuing your dreams and creating the life you really want.”

No actions done by others can stop you from taking action toward your heart’s desires. When others try to hinder you, they are only hindering their own progress. This is a spiritual law.

The only person who can stop your progress is – you guessed it – yourself!

This is what happens when you cannot find the courage within yourself to trust your heart and listen to the voice that whispers in your ears.

The real struggle we must overcome in our lives is not with people outside of us. It’s within us. It’s with our ego.

That’s why today I invite you to dream big, without hesitation.

Put your deepest desires on paper and magnify them 10 times so that you get so much inspiration and motivation that you can push forward and overshadow the voice of your ego.

So make them extra BIG :)))

Give yourself this permission so you can allow yourself to take steps forward and find the courage to trust your heart.

Because your heart knows the truth of what is possible for you, all you have to do is listen.

It’s time for you to take the lead and move forward! Because if you don’t, who will?

And finally, I lovingly invite you to share your dreams and insights with me. I am here to be your biggest supporter on this exciting, courageous and wonderful journey.

So if you need help, know that I am here for you.

Your destiny awaits, it’s time for you to seize it with unwavering determination!

With love and appreciation,
