Which data do we collect?
When you are registered for our newsletter, you have requested a download, you have signed up for a free online workshop and/or training, filled in a contact form, made a purchase, or make other requests for one of our products and/or services, you are asked to fill in your details. We only process the data that you provide to us. This can be the following information:

For what purpose do we use the personal data?
The data is collected and stored for the following purposes:
We use your first name and e-mail address for sending commercial newsletters and re-targeting for Facebook advertisements. We only do this with the information we have obtained through downloading free documents and videos and requesting free workshops/training sessions, and coaching tips and not with data that has been received via our contact or quotation forms.
Your first name, e-mail address and telephone number that you fill in with a request form and contact form are used to make an offer and/or to respond to the contact request. We store this information in Active Campaign and will send you an e-mail once to request permission to comply with the GDPR Act. With no permission, this data will be deleted at the end of each month. This is also indicated on the relevant forms.

When you are registered for our newsletter, you have requested a download, you have signed up for a free online workshop and/or training, you have completed a contact form or made a purchase and in the future, you do not want to receive e-mail from us, you can at all times unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of the e-mail or by contacting us.
Your e-mail address will immediately be removed from our database and will not be saved.
Your data is stored in our e-mail system and this goes through the Active Campaign servers.

In addition, we share information that we have obtained through applying for a free workshop/training/coaching tips with Facebook to create advertising target groups.
