Do you dare to receive? Today I want to invite you to reflect on this topic.

You see, we all have the fundamental need to give Help/Love/Affection and receive Help/Love/Affection.

And many people want to GIVE but find it difficult to RECEIVE.

For example, how do you react when you receive a compliment?

Do you let that come into your heart? Or do you close your heart? Try to feel what this does to you.

Or if people want to give you support when you are going through a difficult period, can you receive it? Or do you have the idea you have to do it all by yourself?

I notice some say “Thank you”, while others say “No worries, it will be fine”.

Some have their hearts open and others have closed their hearts.

How is that in your case?

Can you easily ask for and receive help, or do you have difficulties with this?

You see, RECEPTIVITY is an essential quality for personal growth.

For the heart must be receptive in order to develop.

For example, if the rain falls on asphalt for 100 years, nothing will happen. The soil must be fertile for anything to grow.

Further, I have experienced that when I give compliments to people, which is very natural to me, I noticed that some people don’t let them in.

I can understand very well that people who have experienced a lot of pain in their lives have closed their hearts. And they are not even aware of this!

But my job as a Coach is to make people aware of what is really going on in them so that they can realize what is truly possible for them.

And often this is much more than what they imagine for themselves.

It is my greatest joy to see people take their place, spread their wings wide open, deepen their love, promote their well-being, enjoy material freedom and experience great happiness when they feel that their life on earth has true meaning.

For this, you need faith in yourself. The right help for you. And courage to rise above what is known or feels familiar to you.

Therefore I want to inspire you to open your heart, so that your heart energy can flow freely, without protection.
