How to make the right decisions in life?
Today I like to share with you a few tips about how to make the right decisions in life.
You see, as a little child we follow the will of our parents because we are not capable to make the right decisions for ourselves.
But when we grow up, we have the free will to choose what is good for us and what is not good for us. What we do and what we don’t do.
We make countless choices every day, very often unconsciously.
For example, look at what clothes you choose in the morning, what do you take for breakfast, how and with whom do you spend your time, what profession or work do you choose to do, what actions do you take throughout the day, when do you rest, when are you going to bed…
You create your life every day with every decision you make, no matter how small it is, consciously or unconsciously.
These decisions determine the direction and the quality of your life.
Namely, the quality of our life depends on the quality of our decisions!
For example, the decisions about your lifestyle, health, partner and profession, completely determine the quality of your life. And also your destination.
Therefore, it is important to make conscious decisions.
Some people make decisions based on emotions, other make decisions based on logic. For me the best way to make decisions is when the heart and the head are in harmony.
To make the right choices you need the quality of purity.
The quality of purity helps us to differentiate what is good for us and what is not good for us. Therefore it is very important to look at the pure motivations that motivate certain behaviour.
The most common motivators behind our decisions are Love and Fear.
Or we do things from love. Or we do things from fear.
The first one increases our energy and self-esteem.
The second destroys our energy and self-esteem.
So, try really to become aware of what drives your actions.
Further, your decisions influence not only your life, but also the life of your partner, children, broader family, friends, or colleagues, teams and organisations.
Therefore, when you make crucial decisions, it’s always important to ask yourself the following question:
– is this good for me,
– is this good for my family,
– is this good for my environment,
– is this good for the world,
– is it wise and just to carry out the decision taken?
In this way things turn out always well!
Namely, I believe and have experienced that if we do things with pure motivation, we are protected in time and receive signals from the universe on how to do things differently, when necessary.
