I made this short video inspired by a client I had this morning who needed to decide in a short time & under pressure…!
In my idea, one of the most important inner guides when making decisions is our inner peace.
For example, do we feel this inner peace when we choose the first option or the second option?
In my experience, the decisions based on fear or on feeling restless or unquiet inside are not the right ones. Learning to trust our inner feelings is crucial. The beautiful thing in this process is that the more we learn to listen to our inner voice, the sharper it becomes!
