Today I want to invite you to reflect on some questions so that you can evaluate your relationship with yourself. And also I’ll share some insights with you.
First I invite you to evaluate your relationship with your partner on a level from 1 to 10, 10 being absolutely satisfied and 1 being not satisfied at all.
If you don’t have a partner, you can also choose to evaluate another important relationship in your life.
Which figure spontaneously comes to your mind about the level of satisfaction which you experience in your relationship with your partner? And how does this feel for you?
Now I invite you to evaluate the relationship with yourself on a level from 1 to 10, 10 being absolutely satisfied and 1 being not satisfied at all. How satisfied are you with your relationship with yourself?
For example, are you soft and gentle to yourself or hard, are you forgiving or are you rigid and punishing?
How seriously do you take yourself? Do you keep your promises or do you break them regularly? Are you listening to your intuition, your inner voice and your needs or are you ignoring them?
How well do you take care of your health, vitality and physical condition? How much do you watch on your diet?
How much do you pay attention to your work and prosperity? What is your relationship with money?
How much do you pay attention to your growth and development?
Be super honest with yourself and try to evaluate yourself in all of these areas. And think about it for a moment. How does this feel to you?
I noticed that many people neglect themselves in several areas and then they expect their relationships, their partner or their children to compensate this for them. But this doesn’t work and it’s only causing problems.
Namely, you can’t lift your relationship with your partner to a higher level if you are not satisfied with the relationship you have with yourself.
This is a spiritual law.
To grow further in your relationship with your partner, you have to grow further in your relationship with yourself.
My message to you is to take yourself seriously, try to raise your standards and follow your dreams in all of these areas I just mentioned.
Because if you let yourself down, sooner or later others will let you down too.
This is another spiritual law. And this is not what you want.
That’s why I invite you to take ownership of yourself, take your place and try to take the leading role in your life.
If you do this, you will become more attractive to others and also to yourself.
This is also a spiritual law.
