Do you speak your truth | Natasha Martinoska

Is it easy for you to stand up for your truth?

For example, do you dare to share what you really see, experience, feel, think, want, desire, wish and hope for?

Do you step forward, take your place and speak your truth?

Or do you step back, hide, circle around and think way too long… allowing fear to creep in and stop your movements and even paralyze you?

How do you show up, for yourself?

Sometimes we feel that silence is the best way to be loved. We often hesitate to speak the truth because we don’t want to upset anyone or cause emotional discomfort.

We might think that if I’m telling the truth, then:

“It will negatively change the course of my relationship.”

“That person will get mad and never want to see me again.”

“They will no longer value my opinion if they disagree with me.”

“I will lose his/her love.”

But let me ask you: does this serve your well-being, your progress and your health?

Or does it harm your well-being and progress, causing additional stress, anxiety, and discomfort?

What is the right thing to do?

I’ve realized that telling the truth from a place of LOVE actually causes LESS pain because we’re being honest and not wasting anyone’s time.

Telling the truth is not just about our opinion or right versus wrong. It’s about honoring our knowledge, experience and core values.

We cannot make meaningful progress in our lives if we suppress our truth and our guiding light.

Because without truthfulness there is no development possible. All the beautiful qualities that are potentially hidden within you cannot come to light if you cannot express, accept and honor your truth.

Therefore, I encourage you to stand up for what you are essentially experiencing and speak your truth with both boldness and kindness.

If you want to know more about how to recognize and express your truth and how this helps to build a powerful bond with yourself, strengthen your self-esteem, develop your talents, grow your personal power, create deeper connection in your relationships and attract the right people around you, then let’s talk.
