The power of coaching | Natasha Martinoska

Many people ask me why coaching is important and how coaching can help transform their life. Today I want to share my answer with you.

People in general can’t objectively look at their subjectivity.

This means that we are always subjective to ourselves because we can’t see ourselves from a distance. And we don’t know what we don’t know.

Imagine trying to observe your own reflection without a mirror – that’s the challenge we face when examining ourselves objectively. Often, we remain blissfully unaware of what lies beyond our immediate perception.

The key knowledge needed to achieve happiness, success, fulfilling relationships, effective parenting, holistic well-being, and self-actualization is not always readily available through conventional education.

It is a journey we must make alone.

So, a coach is someone who experiences the situation from the outside, who has been in your shoes, walked the path you are now taking and can show you the exact action steps to propel you toward your aspirations. Coaches serve as a bridge-builder between your current self and the self you strive to become.

In today’s world, many people have the idea that they have to be able to do things alone and they don’t dare to ask for help.

Namely, in our culture and society, many of us are educated in perfectionism. Therefore many people are convinced that they should be able to do everything by themselves. But this can mean progressing at a snail’s pace!

Therefore many remain in the waiting room of life hoping for an easy or miraculous solution that will solve their problems.

It’s true – you can move forward on your own, but imagine the exponential growth possible with the expert guidance of a coach.

For example, I know a man who has an inner conflict that is reflected in his relationship. He can not commit to his partner. Their relationship goes on and off for years and both are in pain. And this man strongly believes that he should be able to solve things by himself. He is a very proud man and he is paying the price for this behavior.

I had also a strong belief that I should be able to do things by myself. I can easily learn and I’m someone who regularly does self-reflection. Until I became very overwhelmed and understood that I don’t know what I don’t know.

Then I became aware that because of this stubborn attitude, I’ve lost a lot of precious time. At that point, I made the decision that I don’t want to waste time anymore.

What I also realized is that coaching is not only about knowledge.  It is about the implementation of knowledge and learning by going through the experience!

In today’s information-rich age, knowledge is available at our fingertips. The real question is not whether you know anything; it is whether you live it. Coaching is about turning insights into action and watching your life transform:)))

You see, time is the most precious resource we have. And the time we get to spend in our lives is priceless.

So, every moment spent in uncertainty, regret or indecision is a moment wasted. Coaching acts as a time-saving catalyst, sparing you years of aimless searching, heartache and disappointment.

When faced with difficulties, we often tend to think that we are alone and that there is no one to help us. But the opposite is true.

For there is always someone who has already been at the same place where you are now and has learned the lessons that you now need to learn. This is how the Universe works!

So, why you should struggle alone?

Can you imagine, for example, what is the price of a life not lived fully from the heart?

What is the price of the precious moments that you can create and experience with the people you care about? What is the price of your health and vitality?

How would your life look like if you should feel fully empowered to realize your highest truest expression of who you truly are?

And what is the price if you wouldn’t do that and you let yourself be held back and let be guided by fears, insecurities, doubts, or projections from the past?

This difference is huge. It is like living in darkness compared to living in the light.

In nature, if a plant gets all the ingredients it needs to stay healthy and vital, it will grow into a beautiful tree.

But if the plant grows in the shadow or indoors, while it’s an outdoor plant, that plant will never develop its full strength. That plant will slowly but surely dry out.

The same happens with people as well!

We, humans, need the right environment to develop.

We need the right ingredients: love, understanding, encouragement, knowledge, the right diet, exercise, the right care, and the right people around us who support us and who can give us a new perspective on what is possible for us.

So, we need the right input to be able to develop to the fullness of what we potentially have within us.

It’s your responsibility to create this environment for yourself. A good coach sheds light on your path forward and is a vital element of your ecosystem.

So, choosing a coach is not a sign of weakness; it is a proclamation of self-respect.

Just as you deserve the best in life, you also deserve the best support. This decision reflects your commitment to your own growth and it is an act of love to your own self.

Therefore, I lovingly invite you to investigate if we are a good match 🙂

It’s my greatest joy to help people overcome their challenges, develop strong self-esteem, increase their personal power, achieve spiritual and material freedom, shine their light, create fulfilling relationships and experience deeper levels of happiness and fulfillment.
