As we’re only two days away from the end of this year, I’d like to share a moment with you. This year has been challenging for many of us, with bumps and obstacles crossing our paths.
It wasn’t an effortless journey for me either. Due to health issues in my family, we drastically changed our lifestyle, initially requiring a lot of energy. Fortunately, we’ve found harmony and the path to healing, enabling us to slowly rebuild our lives.
Amidst the turbulence we’ve endured, I’d like to share three valuable tips with you to end this year in a special and meaningful way.
1) Take a moment to look back on the good things that happened this year.
In our busyness and sometimes overwhelming moments, we often forget the gems hidden within everyday events. Let’s not only focus on personal achievements but also on the precious moments that warmed our hearts and for which we’re grateful.
For instance, you can create a ritual to share these beautiful memories with your loved ones. You can collect photos and videos, and with music, create a magical atmosphere to reflect on the wonderful moments this year has gifted you.
2) Then focus your attention on what you may have missed or still want to accomplish.
Allow yourself to forgive any mistakes. We all make them, and it’s human to stumble. Nurturing self-compassion and having loving kindness for yourself is essential on the path of personal growth.
3) Look ahead to what you want to create and achieve in the coming year.
Don’t limit yourself here. Envision boundless possibilities where the world is at your feet. Often, we unconsciously confine ourselves, and embracing this freedom will boost your creativity and inspire you to dream big.
Early next year, I will organize a free workshop to help you translate your vision into concrete steps. Together, we’ll work towards achieving your goals. I’ll share more about this next time.
I wish you a wonderful New Year, surrounded by love, health and harmony, in the company of your loved ones!
Cheers to a happy time ahead, full of possibilities and bright moments:)))
With loving greetings,
