Watch for tiredness | Natasha Martinoska

Do you allow yourself to feel tired?

Or do you always have to keep going?

How do you feel about this?

You see, I notice that some people don’t allow themselves to feel tired. They expect to be able to always keep going. But is this realistic?

Know that tiredness is a sign of life that you have reached your limits, that you to take a step back and that you need to recharge.

Because when you are tired, you don’t have space for anything!

Then there is a big chance to take things personally and experience things as negative. And you tend to fall back into old patterns faster because you don’t have much energy left.

Therefore you could easily end up feeling misunderstood, rejected, ignored, underestimated, not welcome or worthless…

As a consequence, chances are that you react curtly and become impatient more quickly, which can cause misunderstandings in communication with others.

For example, when you want to communicate an important message, it can come across in a completely different way when the other person is tired than when he or she is rested.

Because the way when and how we say things has a major impact on others.

I’ve experienced that the biggest fights in relationships happen when people are tired and don’t have the space to judge things objectively.

That’s why my tip for today is: “Watch for tiredness, take enough time to recharge your energy and choose the right time to communicate important things with others and especially with the people you love!”

This can save you a lot of energy, pain and misunderstandings.
